As a team leader or a team player, Walter knows all about getting the job done. You see, he is an 11 year veteran of the National Football League (NFL). Walter has not only experienced it but has excelled on one of the biggest stages there is. He has been groomed to be a self-starter, a hard worker, and a finisher, regardless of the situation. That same drive and determination to not only get the job done right but to win, will be one of the biggest keys that will help you be completely satisfied when the final contract is signed, be it buying or selling.
Walter was born in New York City, but raised in Washington, NC. He defiantly considers himself a native North Carolinian. He has kept his permanent residence in Charlotte since 1995, his first year playing for the Carolina Panthers. Walter is a graduate of Wake Forest University, in Winston-Salem, NC, where he majored in communications.
Along with his dream of being a professional athlete, Walter has always dreamed of being involved with real estate, in some form or fashion, since childhood. He has decided to indulge that inner child once more by joining the urban realty team. "I really liked what urban realty was bringing to the table for the benefit of the client first and the agent second. I really felt like it was a great fit for me and any future clients."
From childhood athletics to an 11 year professional football career and everything in between, Walter has been exposed to quite a long checklist of skills and traits for one to be successful in life. The one trait that he values the most is being diverse. "I really pride myself on being able to not just fit in but succeed in any situation that is presented to me. When there are obstacles placed in my path, I try to move like water; over, under, around, or through them. I also feel that one of my own personal keys to success is being able to excel at establishing quality relationships with people from all walks of life. I truly consider myself to be a people's person."
