Having fulfilled various positions in the residential sector of one of Charlotte's most respected property management and development companies, Anna Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to urban realty. Originally from a small town in SC, this true Southern Belle graduated from the College of Charleston with a BA in Corporate Communication. She began her career in Charleston, SC, doing residential leasing and property management for a Charlotte-based company. Subsequent to achieving her company's highest closing ratio in apartment leasing, Anna Lauren received her first taste of the ever-growing condo market when her 300-unit apartment community was sold and converted to condominiums. Shortly thereafter, Anna Lauren became even more familiar with the condo craze when she was transferred to Charlotte to work on one of the most elite new construction condo projects in the heart of Uptown.
In total, Anna Lauren has worked on three different multi-unit condo projects that each comprise between 110-304 units. Her work on these projects included buyer/client relations, marketing, finish selections coordination, contract and deposit management, construction management, property inspection coordination, closing coordination, and event planning. "In addition to career enrichment," Anna Lauren states, "my development projects confirmed the importance of integrity, accountability, diligence, and fairness, not only in the real estate business, but in business in general and in life.
