I am very familiar to the Charlotte area and its real estate. Having spent over thirty years here, I have vast knowledge of the Charlotte market and have engulfed myself in the real estate industry for 13+ years. After graduating with a degree in Finance, Insurance and Real Estate from Appalachian State University in 1996, I moved back to Charlotte and have lived in many areas throughout the city and its outlying areas.
For more than a decade, I have gained extensive experience about residential and commercial properties in the appraisal business. Working ith clients on properties with values ranging from
$100k to $15 million. I have been successful in building, growing and operating a residential appraisal business, Carolina Appraisal and Realty Consultants, with prior experience also in the commercial side of the industry. My professionalism and ability to value properties in and around the city, along with my expertise, experience and knowledge in real estate give me an advantage in helping clients through an easy process from start to finish. Knowing the business inside and out is a great asset to the real estate community. My considerable appraisal knowledge in Charlotte and surrounding areas, is crucial to moving real estate, correctly and efficiently. In my free time, I am an avid golfer, involved in an adult soccer league and enjoy spending time with my family. I have a wife and two children. I have spent the last 10 years living in the South Charlotte/ Ballantyne/ Weddington area and have watched it grow into a booming market.
